Guarantees and Store Policies
Chicago Diamond Experts, Inc. guarantees their jewelry is free from defects in material and workmanship. Chicago Diamond Experts will, without charge, repair any defects, or if the item is not repairable replace your purchase with a comparable item. This damage does not cover damage that occurs in normal wear.
Chicago Diamond Experts, Inc. guarantees that any diamond or diamonds of 0.25 carat and under that pop out due to manufacturer's defect will be replaced free of charge, not unless the diamond ring or jewelry piece has been tampered with by another jeweler/outside source. This guarantee is valid for the first 2 years from the date of purchase.
Trade-In Priveleges:Chicago Diamond Experts offers a full credit of the purchase price of your item(s) excluding sales tax, will be applied toward your new purchase as long as it is of
equal value or greater than your original purchase price.
Services:
- Chicago Diamond Experts offers free jewelry cleaning and inspection.
- We offer free polishing and rhodium plating 3 times/year on any item purchased here.
- We provide in house repairs for all your jewelry and usually ready within 24 to 28 hours.
- We can have a ring resized the same day if dropped off no later than 2:00 p.m.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Chicago Diamond Experts, Inc. will refund or exchange any item that was sold by us as a stock item from our showcase within 30 days of the invoice date, as long as it was not altered from it's original showcase condition. Special or Custom Orders are excluded.
Items that are not refundable:
- Cast items from wax
- Specialty Orders
- Custom handmade items
- Items that have been altered in any way
We will remake the item for 50% of our regular labor charges within 30 days of delivery. There is no credit for the labor spent on the item previously.
